I can't say that there is any gross dislike. However, I will definitely expect a pay hike of some sorts especially after having worked for two and half years. And one thing, there should be some display where patients should get to know that we junior consultants exist. Because slowly and surely the concern will definitely look to give us more responsibility and then all of a sudden patients get to know names and faces which are absolutely new to them and hence trust has to be built right from scratch.
