In this company so much of partiality is there even if we are working very hard personally I didn't get any appreciation from my manager from doctors from management from nurses or any of the staff I ever worked with moreover my experience is very disappointed and horrible and end of the day they have forced me to leave my job so I will be not working here in future

Safety Concerns: The current workplace lacks adequate safety measures for female employees, which is a serious concern that needs to be addressed urgently. Workplace Respect:Some consultants do not show appropriate respect toward junior doctors and other staff, creating an uncomfortable and demotivating atmosphere. Overtime Work: HR and some in-charge consultants often assign overtime duties without providing adequate compensation, which is not only unfair but also demoralizing. Unpaid Work:Despite putting in the extra effort and time, the company fails to compensate us for the additional work done, which affects morale and overall job satisfaction. Working in supply chain here is like gaining an ocean of knowledge about the process. You get exposed to their entire SCM cycle. From purchasing, negotiation, delivery to fulfilment. If your main interest is to learn about the domain, this place gives you ample experience for it.

Toxic work culture, I'm sure it exists everywhere. People aren't that friendly here based from my experience especially the ones who have been here for more a long period of time. Pay is not bad, but still could do more. Appraisals are not bad for me, it was done in a fair manner. Those who work in units have a 6 day work/week. Which i personally dislike. But it's upto each individual. Overall it's a decent place to learn but people and culture is not that good that might have a direct impact on your work as well.
