The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

Top management. Management is well aware of toxic culture and issues but no system exist where harassed employee is heard or given opportunity as per norms of principle of natural justice. Favouritism and corruption is reason they make someone to become scapegoat

When I joined 1.6month experience. Lab technician.now working around 7 years.im work place all rounder still technician only they didn't upgrade level of senior technician.
