I was working at my hometown Kolkata. There wasn't much work pressure, so I had ample time to indulge in my private work. Like I got enough time to study for my GRE examination. I had a really awful time at NH which helped me to get back to academics & I'm greatful to them for that.

Dislikes

Job was pretty boring. Half the time there wasn't any work. I got so fed up that I started playing games at office. No increment or anything, no career growth and no scope of learning anything (except for SQL maybe). Even my teammates are desperate to escape from there. This is the kind of job one should do when he doesn't wanna work anymore.

Boring. The name of my team was Advanced Analytics & AI which actually seemed like a farce to me. The only softwares we used were SQL & Power BI. And from time to time, my manager came up with some adhoc works that really had no meaning.

Quitting this job was probably the best decision I took in my life.

Dislikes

No training is given to freshmen or newcomers. There's no scope for any growth. There was no salary hike in 2020. Its a perfect dystopian workplace.
