I got an opportunity to work in all the departments in Laboratory- biochemistry microbiology hematology clinical pathology and phlebotomy. The seniors were cooperative and helpful. After teaching, they let us do the work on our own which built our confidence and work accuracy.

Dislikes

First of all it was unpaid yet we had to work a lot. But it's okay as we learnt a lot. There is not much vacancy in lab department so even after working so well, we couldn't get job absorption in this hospital.

Structured policies and protocols , very good work culture, high resilience in staff safety , growth and development of staffs with learning and development, comfortable in working under good manager.

Dislikes

I don't find anything to dislike about working in this hospital.
