Marketing people Like DGM take interviews and then after only gives you 1 black and white page appointment letter. There is no HR for any help, or Hr Benefits, no fixed off, nothing benefits. salaries are putted n hold and as a employee you can't do anything . Because they don't give any proper documentation of joining .. Be aware be joining Narayana

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support

Even though management is fair in issuing the salaries to the employees, AGMs , DGMs are stopping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security"....Read More

Some branch heads helps the employee benefits. Some changes will happen means this branch will grow higher.

There is no equality and respect for employees. Extra time working of employee isn't considered by branch heads. Proper communication is not between heads and employees. Gossips takes place better than employee hardwork Finally a employee can work with stress and high pressure with lack of positivity.

I dint like anything personally otherthan Cooperative Parents and students and teaching staff. Because it was not having healthy atmosphere. Spoiled up by over interference of Hierarchy's like AGM and HR.

Everything could be managed but working under narrow minded Hierarchies like AGM, RND Heads & HR is not a easy. But still survived there for 4yrs just to show our skills and gave wonderful result in 10th first batch I.e 422 overall score without proper state board affiliation for 3 yrs . Still thy dnt knw to utilise human resource available with thm in a proper order.
