Good place for Fresher if you really wanted to learn From your job. colleagues are extremely helpful & co-operative . If you teach well students will never skip your classes.

Lists are so long! *Poor work life balance *So many incharges are there not for the development of the organisation but to only searching faults of teachers. Even in few cases teachers are getting insulted infront of Students & Parents. *No matter what Apart from teaching you have been asked for so many meaningless task which. *Teachers are not allowed to seat while taking classes .. even if you are not feeling well. *Useless meetings taken & registers are being maintained just to show the so called Central office(Eco space NewTown) after school timing. *Most annoying part they fooled parents by showing one or two classrooms are well equipped. but reality is High School & Senior Secondary classrooms are equipped like govt. schools. no smart boards are there.. Even for Audio visual Classrooms u have to wait for dispersal of kidzz section . totally messed up organisation.. *Few Teachers are only given priority as they have public connections to get admission. *CBSE curriculum & regulations is not following properly. *Class Teachers are forced to asking for Pending Money to be cleared before PT examinations. *Present Principal & Vice Principal of Narayana School Sonarpur example of worst human being & so toxic.. They are manipulative & always pretend to be a good person.. Even for small mistakes they will insult you like anything that u will think that you are working as teacher or Some Pvt. bank Sales employees. *Dont get fooled by seeing the advertisements in the News Papers in every week of this organisation. Those who are bootlickers of management this is the best place to work for those people. *Even they will Hire you as PGT/TGT but eventually your position can be changed! *Zero chances of professional growth & Development. *Even teachers have been asked for writing Fake reviews in their Facebook pages & Google review segment. *120 copies of 80 marks they will ask you to submit it within 48 hours. with minute correction. Lol! 🤣🤣 *Children have been taken admission without a minimum screeing. Only if parents have money & Aadhar card anyobody can take admissions. *They take admissions of Gifted children but without any special Educator . *School timing is 8:20-3:30 Monday to Saturday. *No summer recess for Teachers. *CL will not be carry forward *For one CL you need to asking for 4 persons then also you will not get approval . *If you are not well then also they will say that come take your class then leave .. now if someone has classes from 8:30 to 2:30 7/8 periods . then how that person will leave as early as possible!! *No bonus *New Joiniee will get higher post. but they will not upgrade your positions.. *Branded School means you will get world class facilities dont dare to think .. *Chairman is looking for only money.. No appreciation and respect for staff not at all considering work done, not proper management, giving more stress for staffs , Higher authority treating the employees like a slave, seeing partiality, no ethics, the over all view is rummers and gossips are work there , not strong leadership, major issue is branch heads interfering in employees personal life etc……

Bad experience, thought of learning alot but inspite of learning i got alot of pressure and ya the one the which i learned how to deal with the pressure , bad cordination between principal and other mangaing department

First of all different branches of Narayana has different work cultures and management. Here since they are following NEET along with CBSE so you will get to learn and revise so many things which will be beneficial for strengthen your subject knowledge. Coming to job security its 100 percent as long as you are honest and true to your work. Leaves and leniency also depends on how well your performance is in the school. Salary side will always be little low comparatively to different schools, but its good . Working environment in some branches of Narayana is extremely smooth and good while in some branches its very strict. If you taking high school PCMB any of these subjects for 10th class only alternate sundays you have to come to school for teaching and taking exams of students.
