Owners of the organisation are stationed at Andra Pradesh. Chennai is being managed by a not trust worthy team. System and process is a failure in Chennai. Academic quality needs several rounds of improvement.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
