I like the most about Narayan Seva Sansthan is its follow our Indian culture. its also provide job security. they are organize weekly meeting for all employs for engagement with each other and for get to gather. there are many employs who are work here from many more years so its really nice.

Dislikes

one thing that I doesn't like is that there are not given appraisal according to employs work performance. there is also no skill development for employs personal growth and neither any additional program or seminar for employs development.

While working as a teacher I am learning here to modify my strategies as per the desire of the students.However gathering feedback and evaluating results might be crucial sometime but usually I take care that each of them must feel engaged and invested in the outcome.

If you want to work with them keep your self respect at home. They treat their employees very badly making. Bad work culture Owner is very moody person. No work just make unnecessary reports they don't required good people just do bettering of bhaiya ji that's enough to secure your job.
