Teammates are supportive. HR policy is great. you get comp off after completing extra 6 hours of duty.

Dislikes

There is only one problem which is in engineering department, the manager doesn't noticed your issue and he always tell to do extra hours duty. Also he is very biased. If you support him he will give you respect but if you stand for your self respect then you will faced work tortured. And always he tell to do jugaadu work which is against the guidelines as well as GMP.

Employees co-ordinates each other. There was so many things to learn in pharma field. Recruiting department was excellent. They dont ignore their responsibilities and supportive. Company Is good for local candidate.
