Job Description
Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
Will take the lead to manage, coordinate and deliver projects together with Senior Leadership and Corporate teams.
- Design, Problem Solve and Stakeholder Buy-in for business-critical projects.
- Design framework for key issues. Idea generation involving key internal and external stakeholders.
- Alignment across key stakeholder groups on solution framework and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- The position requires strong leadership skills in order to communicate with senior management highlighting the strategic need compliance with all relevant regulations at manufacturing sites, Third party manufacturing sites.
- Ensure optimal organization design to support needs of the changing business.
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Background:
Background:
- Minimum 5+ years working in Injectable facility out of which Last 3 years of experience in handling Project portfolio (in-house/green field)
- Independently working on Need Identification, Project Conceptualization along with overall Design and execution level working. Strategic level handling with respect to expansion of the organizations perspective.
- Experience of working in Production/Engineering/Projects departments at a managerial level
- Hands on experience in Project Case building, presentation and getting it approved from management
- Handling of overall Project CAPEX of max 50 Cr in a year
- Adaptability for change, expert in dealing with unstructured requirements, influencing & decision making ability
- Troubleshooting and issues resolution skills
- Risk assessment, Analytical thinking, Business Awareness.
- Impact & Influence, Planning & Organizing.
