Culture. Work culture is very toxic. If you are working in quality department then you don't have any value as this is completely production orientated company. Owner as well as upper management doesn't care for employee. you will be treated as slave. No job security they can do employee reduction regularly.

Nothing. Common toilet for entire building floor. Anybody from any company goes in. For 200 people only 2 toilet seats. Location at Boisar is the worst part. CEO calls you every 3 rd day to visit factory. He is a chain smoker. They say flexible time but it is too non-sensical as the ceo sits late.

Constricted work space. Too much of politics. Bad politics. Extremely sad CEO. Worst HRs. Zero manners for work culture.
