Work environment is really good. The place where college is at is so beautiful. Weather there is so perfect. A well balanced life.

Dislikes

Zero rewards, appreciations and increment. Other than salary no extra allowance or facilities.

Work Details

Experience there is really good. They don't have any kind of pressure on faculties. A good work life is there, but at the same time they don't have any benefits for there employees in term of increment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
