First reason that I don't like is their administration. Flop hiring process.It seems that Weak administration at the top level. Top level managers do malpractices at corporate offices for a long time. Delay in finding such malpractices. Branch level also malpractices happened. I felt there is a large gap in the administration level.few people are worked for a long period. Should reduce working hours or implement shifts otherwise it is worse to work in such retail shops. It's common in kerala or in India the working hours of retail shops are more than 12 hours and pay very low salary. Lacks proper implementation of labour laws....Read More

It's a company where they don't provide Salaries correct, my wife she worked there from Oct 2022 till Feb 2023 with their sister concern Selfie Tea, Sobha Mall,still she had to get a pending amount of Rs 190000,like there are lots of staffs who still have pending salaries.When we enquired they said one of their Manager(Vimal) had blamed them and took their money.What they should understand is staffs are not responsible for such acts happens from Managers,and bcoz it shows that people who run(Owners)are fools or they are making others fools.Coz for such a big company if they can't find out such things happening even when they have auditors, it's like they are cheating the poor staffs I think they are expanding their business through this way that by keeping the fellow staffs salary.So to their Customers my humble request is not to give support to such business people....Read More
