Family drama serial type company.They deduct your salary because of their financial break down.MD is too clever to manipulate and the others bitching about him but they don't have the guts to say a word infront of him.No job satisfaction worst environment.

I've been there in this company as a tester for around 3 months and my review is below. So if you talk about Job security - Forget ( You'll be hired and fired - Maybe in a month ) Management - Levelled up to 10th passed guys who become over smarter at times and show their juniors that they are mothing in front of them. They only think that they are everything in this company. Culture - You can't smile, eat together, You've to be in a bound like you'll have to sit on the ground and have to eat food ! Environment - Truely polluted with mold tar like coal mine. You'll be deceased shortly if you'll work for 2 years beey shortly. Confirm. Comapany Policies - 90% fraudsters ! No EPF PF or Benefits, No medical Benefits. They'll even try to deduct your salary after a month end. And if you'll ask for deduction reason - you'll be fired. Something about MD's or CMD's - MD - Doesn't looks mature in terms of understanding humanity. It's like he read a book rich dad poor dad and only applying the method of sucking blood of poor people and earning as many as he can just because of them. CMD - A well graduated poor and a bisleri lover who only works on demand of his father (MD). Doesn't even speaks and don't knows how to run a company....Read More
