Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Creating effective sales plans and strategies to meet revenue goals and objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new leads.
  • Product Positioning and Branding: Developing and implementing strategies to position products or services effectively in the market and strengthen the brand image.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Sales tour - PAN INDIA
  • help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.


Qualification and Skills:

  • Graduation /MBA- 0-3 yrs work experience
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the brand's message and negotiating with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiating terms, deals, and contracts with clients and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Focus: Understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Being open to change and constantly seeking innovative ways to improve marketing and sales approaches.
  • Time Management: Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with relevant sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
