I worked here for more than 3 years. The work culture here is better than most hospitals as there are defined hours and it usually does not extend beyond (10-8, no weekends off). But the working hours are too long however they make an exception if you approach the management. Job security is good and they don't usually terminate people unless severe breach of trust or discipline is there. The working hours are too long and gruesome. On rare occasions we are required to work for weeks without an off covering for those on leave (true for any medical institution in India). The worst part has to be dealing with the patients who believe they are entitled to a certain service which is humanly not possible (again, true for entire India's medical fraternity).
