National aluminum company don't offer any job or future opportunity to graduate apprenticeship training, they provide job to executive officer's candidate,political background people and through money. No career. No transparent in management, nothing for graduate apprenticeship trainees. employees of nalco dominating apprenticeship trainees.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in HR level and they don't give any priority to graduate apprenticeship trainees and also they void apprenticeship act 1991. They give opportunity in contractual job to them who can give money through executive level and through political background.
