If you are a contingent, they will not let you work on Live projects and then call you out for not performing. Managers are Biased towards their own regional people. 1. They pay if you do exceptionally well. 2. Only old experienced managers/leads are good, eg. more than 7 years atleast. Rest new ones are sales driven and expecting unrealistic goals of 2025. 3. Women manager and some experienced leads give leaves easily. But new sales driven onces dont and indirectly scould.

New people/lead/director are formal and too rude to understand. A lot of rumours around. 5. No more safe, as they do ask to strech more than 14 hours now in 2025.
