No one will fire you and the training material of nalco is good.

I am so frustrated with this company..I don't know about sales as I have heard there is a career growth in that department otherwise if you are working as a technical engineer in system assurance center (SAC) u may ruin your career as I did. There is no learning. No career growth, if someone has been hired even after 2 years he/she will be having the same position..I got 50k hike in my package in a time span of almost 3 years. They cut bonus from your salary and name it as country bonus I mean who does that...and then they will give you your money by cutting down the amount by some percentage (22%, this year) and then they will say this is your bonus..srsly that's a part of your salary only. .I am not going to recommend this company to anyone specially SAC department.. trust me everyone is frustrated here...ecolab doesn't pay well to us...this company was far better when it was Nalco...after it's merger with ecolab, working in this company is a total waste of time nd experience...the work they are doing is unique which restricts your career growth...I can't switch in any other company with this experience.....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A great company for learning and gathering experience. If your primary goal is to gather knowledge in the field of water treatment please do join Nalco Water India LTD. Safety culture is awesome. Perks and employee benefits especially for sales and service team is terrific.

1. Ecolab is the owner of Nalco Water India LTD. They do not grow organically. The product prices are too high and it's tough to sell. Nalco India is alive in today's market just for global tie ups done in US , UK & Europe. 85% of Nalco's business is due to corporate tie ups. 2. The company doesn't grow much, your bosses don't growmuch. Hence you don't grow in the organization. Even if there is an opportunity for promotion, they will bring someone from outside with higher salary rather than develop you for that promotion. Years after years people work in the same designation with standard increments If you don't want to think about money or growth, join NWIL. For example people have worked for 17years in the company , forget position his last drawn salary was 27K. 3. If the company has 100 employee then and 30% of them have no contribution to the company and they are ridiculously high paid. But you can't get that money no matter what you do....Read More
