Only thing I wants to mention is that it gives you an opportunity to explore and think out of the box for things to happen

inconsistency in decisions, Strategy, Plans and execution at the hightest level Lack of ownership of decisions, company's mission does not match with it's Vision and also lacks the leardership qualities only thing consistent is a Strategy to keep employee under undue pressure, I think management knows this is the only way to take performance out of the team

pretty much everything , they are running it like a local shop, no vision, just taking random decisions based on what fits the founders, they can ask you leave at any moment, whenever it fits to them, no professionalism at all. terminate employees without paying 3-4 months of their salaries.
