Good work environment and culture. The encouraging behaviour of our administrators. We get to so many things everyday. The platform for online teaching is very smooth and easy accessible.

I think the company should include some benefits like medical insurance with salaries for teachers

Nalanda learning systems is excellent platform for teachers as well as students, all the academic team members are very supportive and cooperative. They provide job training to new mentors .They follow new modern methods of teaching which make the learning very easy and fun for children . Very positive environment.

The work environment is very friendly and comfortable. constant support and guidance from the team members are always available. The institute is offering very well designed online platform for the students as well as the mentors which makes everything just a click away.

Work Details

Since the institute provides a training session in the beginning hence I did had an idea how to begin with my classes and still now I get constant support and feedback from my team members. It is my first job and trust me I am enjoying every bit of it.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
