if you want to resign .you take a bonus first because after resignation they don't give you anything and check your offer salary. they promise one and salary comes one .check you on a contract or company payroll first May you're salary fluctuate because if they need money they may deduct. working hour is 10to 12 managers are not well manners, and they sit only. took all credit.

I strongly not recommended If manager name is Sunil surywanshi. Very dislike and unprofessional organisation. This one is family business. No HR policies. After serving notice period they don't provide any release letter and settlements documents. Don't go for interview it's totally waste of time and money. Very unprofessional behaviour of employees and employer. No job securities. They fired you any time. And design manager always gives you threats of fire job discontinue. Mobile not allowed.
