I like nainko's culture.and the environment of this company is free.freedom is there about work.all my teammates were very helpful.and i learnt many things in that company.

The only one thing is that the working time and payment doesn't match.

Nainko is good organization for fresher's To learn about electronic & electrical devices, machine operating , to get more knowledge about electronic products. Management is also good work their for staff and operator's.

Actually I was worked their in Quality Department for SMT dept. In smt dept much more to learn about electronic components and pick & place machine's I work their for 8 months , it was very grateful for me

Nainko exim is small scale industry and best company to learn lot of small concepts .I would like to suggest that to increase facilities to employees .work environment is very good with well maintained discipline.

The job was intresting..training period for new empoyess is not given here .. having working hrs max time 12 hr is often mandatory ..I had a chance to work at a higher level .. I developed a lot of good skills
