Dislikes

Appraisal are cheap,work life balance is neutral.

Really excellent work place to learn and implement new technologies. Team members are very proactive and skilled. CEO is having excellent technical skill and will help you on every aspect

Dislikes

There was no canteen for employees to go and have some refreshments..hope this will be available soon.

I started my career with this company and every time I got a chance to explore more. Company is very reliable and ready to explore challenges and new adoption. Environment its very energetic and all team works in collaboration.

There is no standard process of salary/appraisal and also not more extra activities.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
