Leaders live to the company values. I found Nagarro a company that clearly stands out in terms of caring for it's clients, employees and other stakeholders. Few specifics : 1. Simple and fast HR processes, hardly in red tape. Experienced this from hiring to FNF settlement ( an inspiration for other companies of 15k plus employees). 2. Work from anywhere: They are pioneer in that. Concept of hives allows you to meet and socialise with colleagues periodically but work from anywhere works really well for Nagarro. 3. Selection is not easy ( intelligent people with right attitude is what they want to hire), once selected training opportunities is good plus salary and benefits are satisfactory (surely better than many companies in medium to large size bracket). 4. Least politics and truly non-hierarchial: this is the greatest thing I experienced at Nagarro. My friend referred me here and I ended up referring another few of my friends. Can't think of anything specific, I left as I had an opportunity to build a niche and critical skill in my domain. Just to caution, its not a company for you if you aren't passionate enough about the work you do, or want to get through by doing an average job.
