I won't recommend this company at the moment due to its poor work life balance. There is no salary increase with promotions, despite undergoing serval rounds of interview as if the employee changing the entire company, Annual increments are always delayed with excuses and promotions are consistently delayed , resulting in unfair increments even with excellent client feedback. I like the work-from-anywhere policy of Nagarro which leads to a better work-life balance. The company takes the initiative to care for its employees and their well being

Right now there are silent layoffs happening. The employees (mostly freshers who have about 1yr exp) are getting laid off for vague reasons.

There is no job security. You don’t feel satisfaction working there. There is no work life balance and they don’t know how to manage freshers.

1. The project allocation process is very poor here. You need to give interviews for every project and there could be more than one round. The level of the interview and the expectations are very high. 2. The annual compensation process is not good, no meeting with the candidate before giving the compensation letter.

Project proposals team doesn't really care about you. Promotions & Getting out of project is a pain. There is a huge process which gives you lots of anxiety during the tenure and it's really frustrating.
