Systematic and disciplined, very happy about the job and regarding the policies there's no much benefits for the employees as the years pass by.. I have learnt a lot from this organization..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No increments. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Management doesn't encourage innovative ideas and it is rigid in implementing the new policies.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there were lot of politics. But I learnt a lot from every experience. I got a chance to prove myself and I did it that helped to get a taste of different roles within the organization.
