Likes

It was good experience working with naaptol and have developed mu skills and knowledge working with different departments. Teammates and boss were supportive.

Dislikes

I have developed the process from very initial level but now there is nothing new which I can learn. My expectations is to learn new thing always and want some challenging work time to time. Also want to learn from my seniors to develop my knowledge n skills..

The management forces to sign bonds from all employeee & HR does not give clearance/dues easily from departing employees & discourages to join the competition via the bond. In case of unplanned departure, company claims 3 months salary from employees.

Dislikes

Unethical company.
