I would like to inform you Naaptol is a good organisation according to team mate here all person is working in supporting role and familiar they always stand with his employees on professional and personal level also, Even we talk about salaries and appraisal so it’s depends on performance and company growth, And here work environment is good .

Dislikes

In Naaptol dislike points is here politics is run in all departments . But if we had all things one side so it’s good organisation for work it’s my opinion because I was spend two and half year in this organisation. So over all it’s perfect for work on there .

I work experience in naaptol was awesome because some of my batch mates are there so just because of them I survived as i was on contract agreement of two years and they tried their best to make my life worst but it was an unity of some great people who helped me to overcome all hurdles. If you can survive in these circumstances you can work in any organisation

Dislikes

No hierarchy even a chaprasi can be a GM and it only need how well buttering you know that's what you need. They will always do danda to you to follow the so called SOP but if you ask the head of the org what SOP is they'll start giving you the GYAN except SOP. Very bad working environment all high posts are captured by relatives of GM And others. Politics all around.
