Teammates are good. Good place for people who play politics and get paid heavily.

Firstly politics. Even though management is aware about it they kept quiet to achieve their goals. HR department was pathetic. Work life balance is pathetic. During COVID19 pandemic company laid off employees without giving compensation. In one word lack of Top Level Leadership.

To work in Mystifly, we should learn how to Play politics and the worse management I had ever face.With regards to C-19, Mystifly never support their co workers.

Dislikes

Waste management and good at gambling. The most interesting thing when IJP is concerned they will select as per management choice, not as per the skills and knowledge. Skills and knowledge has nothing to do in IJP in Mystifly. But for freshers it's a good platform to learn.

At the beginning at around 2016-2018, work culture at Mystifly were fantastic but once all the management and HR team got replace, it's became the worse platform to work. Everywhere politics.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good.

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the begging but later i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The company is into airline consolidation and is a well known company in the travel industry. A descent company where one will get exposure to the global travel industry from the beginning and learn many things as a account managers. The colleagues help each other with the information to achieve our targets.Flexible work hours.

Not many.. But one has to put good efforts to achieve their target which is normal in all the companies.
