It's work from home. Straightforward compensation and incentive structure. Easy to follow process. Inbounds leads with requirements instead of cold calling at most other companies.

Dislikes

Incentives are released once all invoices clear which takes sometimes but in the end you get a lot of money altogether.

I don't have to deal with any corporate non-sense that exists in an office environment, as this is a remote role. You do learn many things professionally.

Dislikes

There's more here than you can shake a stick at. 1.) The director is an uncultured and arrogant college dropout who is a legend in his own mind. 2.) It is very fragmented and causes a lot of disarray since all the freelancers are working at their own speed. There's no hold or enforcement of anything 3.) A lot of internal processes are out of whack and confusing. 4.) No business operates without a finance team; this does. I work with a great people. I don't have to work with illitritate clients who don't know about a scripts. I worked with experienced creative directors who also help if and when I get stuck.

The rate haven't been revised in a while. Could be due to reduced requirement in the content as a whole due to chatgpt and ai.
