It's work from home. Straightforward compensation and incentive structure. Easy to follow process. Inbounds leads with requirements instead of cold calling at most other companies.

Incentives are released once all invoices clear which takes sometimes but in the end you get a lot of money altogether.

The company provides the liberty to work from anywhere, whether from home or on the go, ensuring flexibility and efficiency. The workload is manageable with less pressure, enabling employees to focus on delivering quality results without unnecessary stress. There’s a flexible check-in and check-out system: while there are fixed working hours, minor delays (10-15 minutes or even half an hour) are acceptable without any major issues.

Dislikes

...re employees need to work on weekends to meet client or managerial requirements. Bonus, perks, and allowances are less, which could be improved to better reward employees.

I don't have to deal with any corporate non-sense that exists in an office environment, as this is a remote role. You do learn many things professionally.

Dislikes

There's more here than you can shake a stick at. 1.) The director is an uncultured and arrogant college dropout who is a legend in his own mind. 2.) It is very fragmented and causes a lot of disarray since all the freelancers are working at their own speed. There's no hold or enforcement of anything 3.) A lot of internal processes are out of whack and confusing. 4.) No business operates without a finance team; this does. Sales guys have to run from pillar to post to get paid, while they can spend time getting more business.

Occasional challenges in aligning schedules due to global team time zones.
