It's completely social work. I am working as a community manage resource centre manager. I am managing self help group. And credit link to self help groups, conduct awareness camp and organize visitors. And conduct trainings also. In Myrada doing so many projects. And also giving awareness training, skill trainings also. Working environment is so good, get so many experience in field. Training centres, training materials and also resource persons also here. Growth is slow. Some times I have to work more than 13 to 14 hours. Career growth is slow. So many competition with other NGO's.
