I worked as Neem trainee. As a sport welding machine operator. Good food. Continuous work no rest between work. Two time tea break for 5mins. U can't join as a employee. Only as a trainee for 2 to 3 years. I got 16k. When u took one day leave in a month 1000rs will cut off from your salary.

Dislikes

Temporary job. You can't become an employee.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
