Overall pathetic experience. Plz beware of such fraud companies who try and over exploit you. There is no such thing as job security as you are removed from the team without prior intimation. There is no culture of offer letter. The owner has serious anger issues. The work culture is pa thetic. You are demeaned almost every hour and your self esteem is pinned down every time he looses reins over his anger. There are no policies for employees in this company whereas they have 100 rules for imposing fine. Everyone working in this company ends up leaving the company in 2-3 months max. I have shared my working experience of 4 month here. Hope this could help people get insight of the work culture here....Read More
