A lot of sexua l harassment.Cluster manager & HO managar forced to have se x with them.Specially Mr. Jahn Chakraborty used to do that.If a employee denied,then his team started physical harassment.His brother Mr. Suman Sarkar just useless fellow.He came office on time.After that he used to go home and took his lunch and took a nap.Then at evening he came back to office and gave his exit punch. They usually do that.A lot of false alligation and salary cutting without any proper reason. It's not a office.Its just a circus ground. Marketing team is just useless.They show their cleavage and took a handsome salary. Everyone in the organization demonstrates exemplary behavior, with the notable exception of Mr. Kaundia (this is not his real name but you can identify after joining). Unfortunately, his conduct towards employees is unacceptable. Moreover, he withholds payments to vendors and ignores their calls. As a result, frustrated vendors often contact other team members, only to be misled by Mr. Kaundia's false promises of payment through them. Ultimately, this leads to further disappointment and anger from the vendors, placing undue stress on the contacted team members. Furthermore, this mentally sick and grammatically weak human Mr. Kaundia's personality is marked by insecurity and an excessive sense of ego. To maintain a smooth working relationship, it is essential to be mindful of his sensitivities and avoid bruising his ego and his unacceptable behavior is a consistent pattern, not unique to you, you are not special. I've been working for 8 months and their Work Culture is very nice, all the co-workers are friendly and helpful. They provide new opportunities for learning new skills. And the higher management always give chances to the employees to share their opinion on any upcoming strategy or planning.
