In my seven years of experience, I had the best experience with this company. This company think about its employees and their futures. The culture her is different from every other companies. I am giving an example from our company Myk arment In which I am working right now, just like knowing for proper Waterprufing, similarly, keeping in mind the various program and employees can face. This team has put in place such a policy and such security that we are Keeping ourselves Fully safe, there is no tension regarding salary. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
