There is ample amount of opportunity to learn because all employees are above 40years very few are below 30 years. So there is a vast opportunity to learn if the leaders teach you.

Dislikes

You will find nepotism being followed in this company. Everyone is related to some or the other in some way and the whole organization has only family members. But again there are few people hired from campus. Referral plays a vital role in deciding your CTC, the more higher authority refers you the more CTC you get. There is literally no work-life Balance as all employees have lived their lives till 40 and now their only focus is office and work. If you have joined at lower level you will have to face bossy behaviour from all employees whether they are from your department or not. If you take a leave then it will be frowned upon as if it is a crime but on your face everyone will be very sweet. Appraisals again is clueless procedure. You will hear that you are not performing well but your manager is getting promotion ( if the team is under performing God knows how the manager is getting promoted). They will hire you with a CTC higher than the market and when you want to switch you will have 2 options either to stay and tolerate the unethical culture because you don't want to lose the money or switch at a lower CTC and start your career again.
