I would get time to develop my skills and self study and because it was a startup, i got to write on various topics and different styles. Be it developing content for a website, be it writing articles on education sector or developing question papers, i would be writing different stuff throughout the day.

Dislikes

Almost everything was horrible there, from office culture to the nepotism that existed there. Salary appraisal was negligible for the whole one year i worked there, they never gave me an appraisal and had to work at a meager salary for them. Work was too much and office culture was too bad. There would be constant mocking all aroundand negative feedback all around. The directors are themselves clueless about how to take the company forward without any proper road map, so you are always clueless with the instructions given which ultimately leads to frustration....Read More

The work was good but the amount of work made it burdensome and monotonous.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
