Likes

Will have good work environment. Teammates are supportive. I enjoyed working in site and got practical experience. Company polices are good and salary will be okay.

There will be bond for some period of time. Growth will be slow.

In the beginning I struggled because there is no girl companion in the site then later on I am happy. I learnt many things practically and my team mates are good and supportive.
