In this company HR are the puppet of Managers, digital marketing department is worst , entire digital marketing team handled by a Seo Manager who have zero knowledge in paid campaigns and he is handling paid team . He only knows seo activities and behaves like entire company is dependent on him he is fooling them ask him few ppc questions he will not able to answer. He forced every paid campaign specialist to resign so that he can play monopoly and hiring his past female friends for his entertainment. Worst culture in digital marketing team. You cannot find any specific work culture , security , management skills and policies because everything is handled by a unskilled and an old man ( Operations Director) who does not have any idea about anything. He is at the Top level just because of his friendship with the chairman. He is the only person who spoils company goodwill. The Operations Director is demotivating all staff at the time of their appraisal for not to ask salary hike. All the company policies significates that there should not be favourism, no Racism, no Bullying staff, no Belittling etc, but MWT group of companies is doing all the above don't dos. He is not maintaining anything properly , his managing power is big Zero. They will create big story of Job descriptions just for a sake of their temporary need , later for his interest he will change the JD based on his interest. No staff works here as per the JDs.
