I love the company's work culture. One can manage his social life as well as professional.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Poor HR policy. No bonus for back office support at Associate level. Poor Appraisal.No medical claims. No training for new employee. Very bad software and No I.T. Support for back up. No Internal growth.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

I am a legal Associate there. My work is to present legal opinion on the title of the property. I check the report receive from lawyer, check the originality of documents and prepare vetting report. Check the drafting of R.M. and do legal appraisal.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
