Nothing No appraisal they just know how to deduct employees salaries Company can cross any level to compensate their loss.

1. Its way of deducting the income. To compete with its competitors and to raise its profit they can deduct anything from income. 2. If u join will not provide u your NOC 3. if you are working at lower level I mean at branch level then ur full & final can take 6-7 odd months. 4. U can't expect anytype if support from higher authority nither during ur working period jor after leaving the company. 5. Company always play safe game towards itself everything positive done by the employee is counted in company's growth but if the same changes in reverse then get ready to pay for it ur incentives will be nullified ur salary will go through a deduction of fixed amount. 6.
