Lowest Salary to another company.. Employee benefits is poor.. Paper work is so long then the customer were irritate and shouting above employee... System is slow and lengthy.. No support to employees for any situation... Leaves problem...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
