In some areas company have to concentrate... Because money is not the only thing that makes people stay back in an organisation. Apart from good pay u need to provide them 3 things. 1. Give responsibilities to people that help them expand their skill set. 2 Recognition... just around of applause&prasing people makes them feel valued. Assures them that their efforts are being seen..Celebrate people, It goes long way. 3 Respect...If you disrespect people nobody is going to stay with you.
