I am Working with Muthoot fincorp since 2016 . Culture of comapny is good upto 2019 . But now in 2020 there is no hope to continue service with Muthoot fincorp ltd . Due to compensation package and internal politics . Baised behaviour of upper management. So I m quite disappointed. Policies for holiday nd leave is worst in this covid situation . And too much pressure of work then 2019. HR and HO level management is only works for UPPER LEVEL STAFFS. they are not for CSE . There is no extra ordinary benefits for covid -19 ....Read More

Salary package for CSE in metro cities like Vadodara is the major issue Other financial institutions are providing 40% excess then Muthoot fincorp. In this current salary package there is responsibility of 5 to 7 cr . Then how can be CSE are happy to serve. application for our vision mission and values and culture codes are totally null now.
