JREs are treated as domestic servants. From working on system to cash-gold movement from bank to branch and vice-versa Or inter branch involving high level of risk has to be done. You will be solely responsible for gold ornaments purity. In adverse cases such as low quality gold, theft gold etc. all recoveries will be sought from bra nch staffs. They will be required to stand as security guard whenever guards go to washroom or lunch<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You will be required to perform office boy's duty also for an average salary package</mark>. Moreover you will be required to sign bond for 2 years that you will not leave the company or else 2 months salary has to be given as compensation. They will also take custody of class 10th original certificate during the tenure of working. 2 months notice period. In the name of fixed incentives new joiners will be bypassed to earn branch business incentives. You will be forced to do some useless follow up calls repeatedly to same customers on holidays and Sundays to annoy the customers to the hell of their anger. Every now and then policy changing, chopping- changing of rules make employees confused infact sometimes without notices. Sometimes branches are kept open on Sundays. Teammates are co operative but Regional Manager was very worst. He is trying to dominate on every staff. Salary structure was very bad.
