Hire freshers that's a good thing

Dislikes

Too much work for staff and very low salary. They expect you do to do everything sometimes calls you even on Sunday always cry about taking leave. Most important no lunch time for staff working at branch level like what the hell?

Work pressure is high and sometimes we have to work for 10 hrs and no overtime is there and regional office hrassment the employee to sit late in the office
