They make you sit till 7, call on Sundays, visit branch each and every holiday and they don't even provide much holidays. Apart from job security nothing is here,all the senior staffs are here only for there personal benefits. Right from the top end of the company it's totally unbalanced and not appropriate for the new employees. There is an Iom here in company that Saturday it's half day but they force you to work till 7. They say it's 9-6job but it'sactually 9-7:30 or beyond.
